Pixlr Editor has access to Cr-48 file system, that is different from the small pop-up window that other applications use to upload image files. Users can access their downloads by inserting
file:///home/chronos/user/Downloads/ into the omni-bar, or by pressing cntrl +alt +o on their keyboard.

This is handy for uploading images for editing, but it is also a security concern. It seems that access is only granted for various
image files ( .png, .gif, .etc ) because I could not find
all files in the drop-down menu. That is comforting, but not much.
